Since gaining an MSc in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Goldsmiths University of London I have worked in private practice in west Kent and also within IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme within the NHS) as a High Intensity CBT Therapist.

I am a fully accredited member of the BABCP and AREBT and I adhere to the ethical standards set down by both organisations.  

I am fully insured to practise and I receive regular clinical supervision to ensure that my work meets the standards set by the professional organisations that govern CBT in the UK (BABCP and AREBT).   I continue to add to my knowledge and continue my professional development by attending regular training.   Ongoing training and supervision is and will be a condition of my professional accreditation throughout my career.  I am registered with ICO and comply with requirements regarding GDPR.
